HOT GRILLS

The 11th edition of Griglie Roventi, world barbecue championship, will take place onSaturday 30 July 2016 at 8.30 pm. in piazza Torino.
100 couples of non-professional chefs will compete in Jesolo. The organisation supplies the grill, the uniform complete with chef’s hat and, of course the fish to be cooked. The competitors must use their creativity and bring their secret ingredients to make the dish unique. The jury is composed of professional chefs led by the food blogger Angela Maci; they will judge according to taste and cooking quality, but also according to presentation of the dish and appeal of the chefs. Therefore, irony, costumes, original ideas, music, and show are the fundamental elements of this event, which represents a moment to enjoy, with all the due respect for those who want to impose to the others what to eat.
Griglie Roventi is open to all the chefs, as long as they are adults and non-professional. The event is realised by Ideeuropee with the contribution of the Municipality of Jesolo.  Information and registration on www.griglieroventi.com and on the social #orgoliogriller.
The evening will be presented by Moreno Morello and Roberta Ferrari accompanied by a music band.   The price of the registration is 80 € per couple.
