ALI FRA MAR TE: STRING QUARTET IN CONCERT

Thursday 13 August at 9.10 p.m. in piazza Milano the "Ali Fra Mar Te" string quartet, a female group established in 2011 will perform.
Composed by three extraordinary violinists Alice Bettiol, Francesca Pavan, Teresa Storer and the cellist Marta Storer, they will present a repertoire that ranges from Tchaikovsky to Rossini, from Brahms to Schumann together with some pieces of pop music.
From 2006 the components have been part of the "Giovani Archi Veneti" orchestra with which, in 2009, they participated in the "Insieme sul 2"
television programme on RAI 2 channel and won national and international competitions such as the 2nd and 3rd national competition "Victor de Sabata European Youth Orchestra Contest" in 2007 and 2008.


The quartet, despite the young age of its components, has performed important concerts in Italy and abroad.
