Carlo Pecorelli’s sculptures exhibition

“Il grande contiene il piccolo” is the open air exhibition created by the artist Carlo Pecorelli. From 22 May to 1 October 2015 the sculptures, having as common theme man’s creativity, will be exhibited in piazza Marconi, piazza Brescia, and piazza Carducci.

The vernissage will be held on Saturday 27 June at 9.30 p.m. in piazza Marconi.

Places and works

Piazza Marconi will host “Onda”, the sculpture made in honour of the Giro d'Italia: a corten steel bicycle. The artist transformed the rigid and linear structure in undulated and sinuous movements, which invite the spectator to look at this means in a different way.
The installation-sculpture CO2, dedicated to Miss Italia will be hosted in piazza Brescia
In piazza Carducci the artist proposes a giant pair of corten steel glasses, entitled Zen. The object is a highly representative symbol of our territory and emphasises its creative value.
