CAMPIONATI MONDIALI DI TAEKWON-DO

From 27 to 31 May 2015, at PalaArrex, the ITF Taekwondo World Championship, organised by FITAE-ITF, will take place.

In the evening of Tuesday 26 May the opening ceremony will take place, with the parade of the athletes and the various delegations, the welcome speeches by the authorities and official opening of the Championship, which by protocol includes the raising the historical flag of ITF, by the President of the International Federation (ITF).
The spectacular exhibitions of the Taekwondo athletes will conclude the evening.
The individual and team competitions of Light Contact Fight, Traditional Forms, Power techniques (breaking of boards with 5 different techniques), Special Techniques (breaking of boards with flying techniques) and Prearranged fight (attack and defence choreographies with acrobatic techniques), will involve a large audience that can applaud the very high technical level athletes.

The best worldwide athletes will be present and a great performance is guaranteed: spectacular techniques, dynamic and exciting fights, with competition and fair play as basic components.

There will also be the Italian National Team, composed of 52 elements, which will certainly be supported by a large audience. Jewels in the crown will be our two 2013 World Champions of the fighting division, the Neapolitan Davide Messineo, seniors -85 kg, and the Roman Timothy Bos, juniors -62 kg, also title-holder in 2014 of the world title of Kickboxing WAKO Light Contact and European title of Forms junior 2nd dan, apart from European Fight Champion, and the Roman Tiziano Trimboli, senior -55kg.
