With the arrival of summer, the evening farmer’s market returns to Lido di Jesolo.
Every Wednesday from 4 June to 30 September 2014, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the elegant piazza Casabianca, the market will be active with 14 farms.
At the market it will be possible to purchase a large variety of products including season fruit and vegetables, fresh cut and pork salted meats, honey, pollen, propolis, officinal herbs in tisanes, aromatic salts, fresh herbs, natural cosmetics, wines, grappas, jams, produce in oil and pickled, sauces, and olive oil. Among these typical products, such as “mora di cazzano” cherry, “Verdon” bean, Barena honey, Raboso, Manzoni, and autochthon wines such as Verduzzo Motta and Dorato, apart from Refosco and Prosecco.
From 9 June, every Monday from 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. the market of Piazza della Repubblica in the Historical Centre is renewed; you can find season fruit and vegetables, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, pork salted meats, fresh cut meat, plants for external, honey, mushrooms, wines, and jams.
There are 17 farms, of which only 4 during the periods of full
production, especially for products such as cherries, potatoes, honey, and mushrooms.
All the products come from an area within 100 km from the city of Jesolo.
